Email or text is usually the easiest way to connect. I aim to respond to all enquiries within 24 hours, Monday to Friday, 09.00–18.00. Please check your spam or junk folder if you have not received a reply.
Please let me know how you would prefer me to respond — phone, text or email. I am unable to return missed calls if no message is left, as this may compromise confidentiality.
Once you get in touch, I will reply to arrange a suitable time for an initial conversation and answer any questions you may have. This first step is simply an opportunity to see how it feels to talk, with no pressure to continue.
