Online Counselling for Anxiety

Anxiety can feel exhausting and difficult to switch off. You might live with constant tension, a racing mind, or a sense of unease that’s hard to explain. Perhaps you appear calm and capable to others, while inside you feel overwhelmed or on edge. Over time, anxiety can quietly begin to shrink your world, leading to overthinking, avoidance, or persistent self-doubt. You don’t have to keep managing this silently.

I offer online counselling for anxiety and provide a calm, supportive space to explore what’s happening for you at a pace that feels manageable. Whether your anxiety feels recent or long-standing, counselling can help you understand your patterns, make sense of where they may have developed, and begin responding to yourself with greater calm and self-trust.

How counselling can help with anxiety

Counselling can help you to:

  • Understand where your anxiety may have developed

  • Explore anxious thoughts and physical sensations safely

  • Recognise patterns of worry or avoidance

  • Develop practical ways to manage overwhelm

  • Strengthen confidence and trust in yourself

Our work together is collaborative and tailored to you, focusing on steady, lasting change rather than quick fixes.

My approach

I work as a BACP registered counsellor, offering online sessions to adults across the UK and various countries within the European Union. My approach is integrative with a strong psychodynamic foundation, allowing therapy to be tailored to your individual needs rather than following a rigid model.

I believe therapy works best when you feel safe, understood, and not judged. Clients often describe me as warm, calm, and easy to talk to, and I aim to create a grounded space where you feel genuinely heard.
