Online Counselling for Bereavement & Grief

Bereavement and grief can feel deeply painful and disorientating. You may experience waves of sadness that arrive unexpectedly, a sense of longing, or moments of numbness that are hard to understand. The world may look the same yet feel entirely different. Some days feel manageable; others can feel overwhelming. However your grief shows up, it is personal and valid. It can be helpful to talk this through with someone outside your immediate circle of friends and family.

I offer online counselling for bereavement and grief, providing a calm and compassionate space to explore your loss at your own pace. Whether your loss is recent or something you’ve been living with for some time, counselling can help you process your emotions and begin adjusting to life while still honouring the person or relationship you have lost.

How counselling can help with bereavement & grief

Counselling can help you to:

  • Give space to feelings that may feel overwhelming or confusing

  • Explore sadness, anger, guilt, or unanswered questions

  • Adjust to changes in identity and daily life

  • Find meaningful ways to remember and stay connected

  • Move forward without feeling pressured to “move on”

Our work is collaborative and shaped around you, allowing your grief to unfold without judgement or timelines.

My approach

I work as a BACP registered counsellor, offering online sessions to adults across the UK and various countries within the European Union. My integrative approach, grounded in psychodynamic theory, allows therapy to be tailored to your individual needs.

I aim to offer a steady and supportive space where even complex emotions can be explored safely.
